June Journal Prompts
1st : a truth you’re ready to admit
- being healthy is important - find out what suits you, what does’nt
- accept that some people can eat anything - sugar, alochol, gluten & dairy and still be healthy
- accept the fact that my digestion gut needs improvement - metabolism is good - I dont put on too much weight after eating but still feel dlike nutrients are not fully absorbed or gut is leaky
- consistency beats sudden spurts of progress
- health is a game of discipline not motivation
2nd : what rest means to you now
- chilling at Herman Park - blanket, lying down, no phone, staring at the sky
- painting at home - with brushes & drawing summer themed pictures
- creating visualization / vision boards
- no phone / no electronics
- watching comedy movies / reels / funny memes
- journal / walk
- dance / taking a nice shower
- self-massage
3rd : a craving that isn’t physical
- craving for me-time - peaceful surrounding
- updating notion
- Craving for connection – A deep desire to feel close to others, be understood, or belong to a community or group.
