• stay ultra hydrated - aloe vera juice, celery juice, electrolytes & water , ghee water • get extra sleep - afternoon nap • PACK EVEYRTHING THE NIGHT BEFORE • eat fresh food, easy to digest- fish/ idly/ rasam simple
#2 day of flight
• shower before flight • take a photo of boarding pass & luggage tag • 2 pair of undies in bag • keep a separate snack bag - nuts, protein bar, electrolytes, mint, medicines • lip balm & headphones handy • carry a resuable water bottle • power bank & cable !!! • eat light - mostly veggies / vegetarian food • keep drinking water even if youre not thirsty • keep rose or orange essential oil handy if you feel nauseous • SANITIZER in bag always • keep all wires/ cables/ charging point in separate cover • one extra set of clothes • makeup/ cosmetic pouch • notebook & pen • BRUSH BEFORE THE FLIGHT - instant mood lifter
