Stop asking “Which is the best life?”

Start asking “What is right for the next 2–3 years?”

Right choices are time-bound, not permanent.

Use three filters only:

  1. Nervous system: Where does your body feel calmer and more regulated day to day?
  2. Energy: Which option gives you more consistent energy to act, not just excitement?
  3. Growth alignment: Which path supports the skills, health, and relationships you want to build now?
