feeling referesed after recent mumbai visit Why ?

• appreciated for looking healthy and feeling good

• quality time with aunty - took such good care, prioritized my needs ,made me feel heard - food / beach / dermat

• talks with uncle - determined , resilience , powerful

• i could talk myself out of negative loops & reinforce positive self talk

• chat with mihika - chill / not forced / relatable / there is no right or wrong / taking a breka is necessary

• emotionally regulated & mentally clear
